Most people I know can go without breakfast in the morning, but I’m the kind of person who is hungry the moment they wake up. I’ve always been a huge smoothie fanatic, mainly because there are so many ways you can change it up in the morning when you make your own concoctions at home.
Something on the sweeter side? Love it!
All veggies? OK, I can dig it.
Chocolate & Peanut Butter? Oh hell yea!
But in all seriousness, breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day, so waking up to a blended variety of some of my favorite foods really seems to start my day off on the right foot. If anything, it boosts my mood and energy, so I say that’s a win in itself!
